In this time of Covid-19 when in some places Communion on the tongue is not allowed to be distributed, the Latin Mass (Ecclesia Dei) Society of New Zealand has produced a prayer card with an Act of Spiritual Communion. You can make a Spiritual Communion such as this one above during Mass, or before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, or anywhere else where the Holy Ghost moves you.
