Former EDSNZ Secretary, Diane Taylor, has published a book on the life of Bishop Pompallier as New Zealand Catholic reports:   “The latest book to be published on the life of Auckland’s first bishop, Jean Baptiste Francois Pompallier, is a love story between Maori, the bishop and the Catholic Church.
